The SIGGRAPH Technical Papers program is the premier international forum for disseminating new scholarly work in computer graphics and interactive techniques.  All papers appear in the journal ACM Transactions on Graphics (TOG).  The conference program combines the papers selected by the SIGGRAPH 2011 Technical Papers Committee (which form a special issue of TOG) and papers that have been published in other TOG issues during the past year.  At the conference, paper authors provide brief overviews of their work in the Technical Papers Fast Forward event, and then present their complete papers in 22.5-minute talks that include 4.5 minutes of Q&A.
