Shipping

As a contributor, you are responsible for shipping your equipment to and from SIGGRAPH Asia 2009. Due to the high volume of boxes that we will receive at Pacifico Yokohama, it is important that you pack your items correctly, choose an appropriate freight forwarding/shipping company for both inbound and outbound shipping, label your packages according to guidelines, and arrange for shipping insurance.

Please complete the Shipping Form linked to your submission in the SIGGRAPH Information System to advise us on when, how, and where your shipment will arrive in Yokohama.
