Student Volunteers
Imagine having the opportunity to go behind the scenes and be an integral part of the world's premier conference on computer graphics and interactive techniques. This priceless experience gives you the opportunity to meet and learn directly from industry professionals, artists, and teachers while assisting conference attendees and supporting conference programs in this international event that draws thousands of people who share a passion for advanced technologies.
As a Student Volunteer, you will have admission to SIGGRAPH Asia 2010’s complete program, including Courses, Technical Sketches & Posters, Technical Papers, and the Computer Animation Festival.
All of this is available to high school, vocational, undergraduate, and graduate students who are enrolled full time for at least one semester during the 2009-2010 academic year and are at least 18 years of age. Alumni who graduated after 1 January 2008 are also eligible to apply.
Students can apply to volunteer for either 15 or 25 hours (approximately) during the conference. Outstanding 25-hour applicants who live outside the Seoul area may be selected to receive complimentary housing for the duration of the conference.
The Student Volunteers of today are the industry leaders of tomorrow, and there’s never been a better or more exciting time to become a Student Volunteer.
I hope you’ll join us in this exciting Student Volunteer experience!
