Application Process
1) What are the costs if I want to take up a booth?
You may refer to our exhibitor's application form here with the different shell schemes and rates. Companies who wish to participate are welcome to download the form and return it to exhibits_asia@siggraph.org. Space is allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
2) What are the packages offered to exhibitors?
We have four different presentation packages which include exhibit space and entitlements such as advertising and publicity. Entitlements within the presentation package can be customized to your marketing expectations. A list of presentation packages and prices is available here. Kindly note that presentation packages are limited and are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
3) Are there participation options for non-exhibitors?
Yes, you may consider different promotional options such as onsite branding and advertising, as well as program, networking and equipment sponsorship. A summary of promotional options and prices is available here.
4) I am not sure if the SIGGRAPH Asia exhibition is relevant for my company/institution. How can I find out more?
If you are a hardware or software vendor, this international event will provide optimal opportunity to market your innovative products and services to attendees from numerous digital media fields.
If you are a studio or educational institution looking to recruit creative individuals, SIGGRAPH Asia 2012 is the ideal platform to establish connections.

5) Can I share a booth with a partner company?
Yes, we will acknowledge the other company sharing the booth as a co-exhibitor and both company's names will appear on the exhibition guide and website. However, only the main exhibitor’s name will appear on the fascia board.
Exhibitor Badge and Conference Entitlements
1) How many Exhibitor Badges are we entitled to?
SIGGRAPH Asia 2012 offers 6 badges for each 9sqm of exhibit space under contract.
2) Can I pick up exhibitor badges for my colleagues when we are onsite?
Yes, but you will be responsible for passing the badges on to your colleagues upon signing out on their behalf. No entry to the hall will be granted to those without badges.
3) Will contractor passes be given?
The Organizer will give out contractor passes separately and these passes are only valid during set-up/dismantling hours.
4) How many Full Conference passes will I receive with my booth?
The quota is set as below by SIGGRAPH Asia:
Total sqm x 0.08 = Full Conference pass quota (rounded to the nearest whole number)
Additional passes can be purchased online. Please contact us if you have any questions.
5) Can I pick up conference badges for my colleagues when we are onsite?
No, each registrant must pick up their own conference badge to verify their attendance to SIGGRAPH Asia 2012.

2) What is the maximum permitted height for my booth?
The maximum permitted stand height is 6mHT. Booth designs and construction will require individual approval by SIGGRAPH Asia. Refer to Form 6 of the Exhibitor Manual for more details.
3) When will the Exhibitor Manual be ready?
The Exhibitor Manual will be available on our website in August. Confirmed exhibitors will be notified via email.
4) What information does SIGGRAPH Asia need if I am hiring my appointed contractor?
When the exhibitor-appointed contractor is not the Official Stand Contractor, the exhibitor is required to complete Form 6 of the manual. Details will be advised within the Exhibitor Manual.
5) Do I need insurance for my exhibits?
General insurance will be covered and handled by the Organizer. However, it is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to arrange insurance coverage for its own exhibits during the exhibition.
All Exhibitors are advised to arrange for "all-risk" insurance coverage from their origin country up to their exhibition booth including exhibition period and return to domicile, at their own cost. Exhibitors must ensure that they are fully covered by insurance and take out public liability and comprehensive protection. Exhibitors are also responsible for making good any loss or damage to any item which they have rented or hired from the official contractors/ suppliers.
6) Will internet connection be provided?
SIGGRAPH Asia 2012 will provide free wireless internet in conference area within MAX Atria facility. Free WiFi is not available in the exhibition hall. If exhibitors need dedicated internet services within their exhibition booths, please refer to Form 9 of the Exhibitor Manual.
Freight Forwarding & Storage
1) What are the costs for freight forwarding?
SIGGRAPH Asia 2012's official freight forwarder, Schenker Singapore (Pte) Ltd, will be directly in contact with exhibitors who wish to understand more about the costs of shipment. You can contact joseph.lam@dbschenker.com for more information.
2) I have a lot of materials to ship to the event venue. Where can I store them?
SIGGRAPH Asia does not provide storage of goods but you may contact Schenker Singapore (Pte) Ltd for a quote.
3) Can deliveries be made during exhibition opening hours?
No, delivery of exhibits and other exhibition stocks are not permitted during show period. Delivery of stock or replenishment may only be carried out half an hour before the start or immediately after the show opening hours. All deliveries should be made during the exhibition setup timings.
4) If my goods arrive before I do, could you help me acknowledge the receipt?
Be advised that Exhibitors are responsible for receiving for their own shipment(s) at the Venue. If assistance is required, please contact our Official Freight Forwarder – Schenker Singapore at joseph.lam@dbschenker.com. Handling fee applies.
5) Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes, however SIGGRAPH Asia will not be held responsible for any missing or late deliveries/custom holding of your goods.
