Speaker Preparation Room
Room 211/212, Level 2
All presenters are required to proceed to the Speaker Preparation Room after collecting their pass at SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 Speaker Registration located at the Exhibition Hall. This is the time for you to confirm your AV and computer equipment requests, rehearse your presentation, and inquire about any additional presentation needs you may have while at the conference. We'll also have your speaker ribbon there.
In the Speaker Preparation Room, you can test your presentation. You can make sure that your software versions are compatible with the versions in the session rooms. You can find out if you have all the necessary fonts, CODECS, or linked images to make your presentation work the way you expect it to. And you can load your presentation on our server to be delivered to your session room via the secure SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 network.
To facilitate smooth presentation, SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 strongly advises all presenters to book a rehearsal time prior to your presentation. Please complete the Rehearsal Booking Form by 7 December 2009.
